Our goal is to reach out to all individuals, groups and sections of society who can benefit from the healing, cathartic, and soothing touch of arts and crafts. We have worked with diverse groups like social workers, teachers, students, children, women youth, and senior citizens.
We have explored clay, paint, paper, waste, stories, poems, dance, music, yoga, games and creative visualisation for developing a comprehensive yet flexible arts based programme. We use these forms with varying permutations and combinations, depending on the participants group, and available time, space and resources.
The activities help the participants to forget their class, caste, gender, religion, region and language barriers. The basic aim of KA activities is to emphasise the process of learning and working together in a creative and open space.
